Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your rental reservation under the following conditions:

• More than 48 hours before rental start: Full refund minus any processing fees (if applicable)
• 24-48 hours before rental start: 50% of rental fee will be charged as cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours before rental start: No refund will be provided

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after cancellation approval. The following conditions apply:

• Processing fees (if any) are non-refundable
• Shipping charges are non-refundable if the order has already been shipped
• Refunds for damaged equipment claims will be processed after inspection

3. No Return Policy

We do not entertain/offer returns

• No partial refunds will be given for early returns
• The full rental period will be charged
